Hannah Freeman (Trustee)
Hannah spent much of her childhood up to the age of 18 in ensembles in Sheffield Music Service. She was an enthusiastic member of Festival Band, Alley Cats (now Senior Clarinets) and Big Band, and benefited enormously from the experiences and tuition she received. In 2025 Hannah attended a Concordia Voices concert to support her niece and realised that the Friends of Sheffield Music Hub were crying out for more volunteers. Wanting to give back to the service that offered Hannah so much herself, she joined Friends and Volunteers and attended her first AGM; she instantly felt at home with a team who are extremely hard working and dedicated to the aims of Sheffield Music Hub. She became their newest Trustee in November 2025.
Hannah is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion in the NHS and feels particularly passionate about the Sheffield Music Hub core value of making excellent quality music education accessible to all children in the city.
