Festive Singing by 7 Sheffield Choirs, performing in collaboration with Sheffield Theatres to
celebrate the opening of A Christmas Carol

Date: Thursday 4th December 2025
Timings: 4:25pm - 4:30pm Arrive
4:30pm - 4:55pm Warm up and rehearse
5pm - 5:15pm Performance
5:15pm - 5:50pm watch other choirs perform and eat tea
5:55pm - 6pm Perform again as part of the mass choir
Location: Tudor Square, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield.

Meet Sarah and Jonathan in front of the Lyceum Theatre - slightly to the left-hand side as you
look at it.

Tickets: Free! This is a public event and is free for any member of the public to attend.

What to wear: the priority for this event is warmth as we will be performing outside in Tudor
Square. Please wrap up warm! Where possible wear black bottoms and a brightly coloured,
plain t-shirt (t-shirt or jumper is fine). I would love performers to wear sparkly accessories,
christmas attire, and/or tinsel but this is optional. Do bring a coat and some warm layers..

Extra information:
● There will be mince pies and mulled wine on sale for audience members.
● Please bring a water bottle and a packed tea
● As a token of thanks, all performers will also be offered one free ticket and up to three £5
tickets for performances of A Christmas Carol between 6th-8th January 2026.
Information about this will be given out about this on the performance day.
