At Intermediate Flutes we take our instrumental skills and play with friends from different schools across the city to make a wonderful sound together. Current players range from Y6 to Y10. No prior experience playing in a music group is necessary, that’s what we learn together here! Rehearsing with us you will learn to play as part of a team, to follow a conductor, and you will have the opportunity to play an alto flute, bass flute or even the piccolo! We have played lots of genres including classical, jazz, Christmas bangers, film music and show tunes. Our leader Amy is a flute specialist, and because we all play the same instrument it is a supportive environment in which to ask those questions and really get stuck in with everything flute!

Price Band B - attend any group in price band A and B (as many as you wish) for £77 a term or £216 per year

To join this group sign up online at least 24 hours before the first attended rehearsal.

Please note we only accept new members into this group in the first half of every term (e.g. September to October, January to February, April to May).
