Work Experience - Terms and Conditions
Sheffield Music Hub Work Experience - Terms and Conditions
- You must apply for work experience at least two months before your work experience placement is set to take place. We will not be able to facilitate any applications received later than this.
- We can only offer a work experience placement to students who attend a Sheffield School or College. If you attend a school outside of the Sheffield area, we will not be able to offer you work experience.
- You will need to arrange your own transport at the start and end of each working day. This may mean getting to a school before 9am, or into the office for a 9am start. We will always try to work with you to organise a timetable that works for you and your transport requirements.
- If work experience students need to leave unattended, we will always ask for written permission from the parents/ guardians for this. Without this in place, we will not be able to allow students to walk home/ take public transport alone.
- Please note, Sheffield Music Hub does not accept liability for loss or damage to pupils' instruments or personal possessions.
- Sheffield Music Hub retains the right to terminate a students work experience placement.
