The Firth Park Community Brass Band National Youth Championships!

Firth Park Community Brass Band is a newly formed band and consists of budding brass players from Beck Primary School, Firth Park Academy and our Intermediate and Senior Brass groups.

On Saturday the 23rd March the group hopped on a coach and travelled all the way down to Cheltenham to compete in the Brass Bands England National Youth Brass Band Championships. It was a brilliant day of "joyous music making" (as put by parent helper Nick), in which the band put on a wonderful performance and did themselves and Sheffield proud.
