Orchestras for All (OFA) is seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Fundraising to champion its mission and engage with donors, partners, and the public. This role is crucial in advocating for a vision where all young people in the UK can access the transformative benefits of orchestral music-making.

Role Overview:

• Strategic Oversight: With the support of the Executive Director and fundraising subcommittee, you will have strategic oversight of OFA’s fundraising strategy and be responsible for managing and implementing its delivery.
• Mission-Driven: Promote and celebrate OFA’s charitable mission, bringing the joy of music-making to hundreds of young people facing the greatest barriers across the UK.

Key Details:

• Location: UK-wide
• Contract: Part-time, 3-4 days per week. Permanent contract.
• Salary: £42,500 annual salary (£25,500 - £34,000 pro rata). All travel, accommodation, and subsistence (food and drink) for projects and away days are provided as per our policy.
