Make Music Week Monday 25 - Monday 2 July 2018!

Access music every day for 7 days and win a FREE place to a Music Hub ensemble of your choice for a whole year! (for the person who raises the most money for Musical Stars)

What you need to do…

1. Access music every day for 7 days and log what you have done.

This can include:

• Your music lesson – private/group/school
• Watching a live performance – see the below document for suggestions
• Listening to new and different musical styles – search the internet for examples of Jazz/Gospel/Rock music; try something new!
• Independent music learning (practice)
• Weekly music group rehearsal
• Discussions and listening with your family/friends about your musical progress or likes/dislikes
• Completing all ‘15 things’ in your Learning Log (if you don’t have one already you can purchase one here)
• Performance experience – perform to someone new at school or at home

2. Gain sponsorship for your activities

• £1 per hour of activity you do usually does the trick!

3. Upload your donations 

• To our JustGiving page and send laura.steelyard@sheffield.gov.uk your donation amount along with your name and contact details so we can notify the winner!
