HM Royal Marines Band Workshop

The Royal Marines Band are coming to the Leadmill on Saturday the 15th of July to run a free outreach programme. Children take part in a day of workshops that culminate in a joint performance with the band.
- Children need to be at a standard of grade 3 or above and will need to bring their own instruments, and a packed lunch.
- Parts will be made available before the day.
- Timings are 11am - 2pm with a lunch break
- Parents and carers are welcome to watch the joint performance at the end of the day.
Places are available for the following instruments - actual availability in brackets on a first come first served basis:
- Flute (3 places available )
- Oboe (4 places available )
- Bassoon (4 places available)
- Solo Clarinet ( 3 places available)
- 2nd clarinet (4 places available )
- Bass clarinet (4 places available )
- Alto sax (4 places available )
- Tenor sax (4 places available )
- Horns - French, Tenor, Baritone (8 places available )
- 1st Trumpet (3 places available)
- 2nd Trumpet ( 4 places available )
- 1st Trombone (4 places available)
- 2nd Trombone (4 places available )
- Euphonium (4 places available )
- Tubas (8 places available )
Places are already being taken up (percussion is already full!) so please apply online asap.
