Trustee Opportunity: Help Shape the Future of Music Education with Orchestras for All

Orchestras for All is seeking our next Trustee (music education) to bring their experience, ideas and passion to our board. We’re seeking someone with experience in secondary school music education, teaching, ensemble leadership and/or senior leadership within a music service or music education hub.

Beyond the boardroom, you will be an advocate for Orchestras for All, championing its work and building connections, whether that be engaging with artists, partners, funders or the wider arts and charity sector. This is a unique platform to inspire change and open doors so that every young person can access the transformative power and benefits of high-quality music education.

We especially encourage individuals with backgrounds and life experiences that reflect the young people we support to apply, particularly those who are underrepresented in our team and the wider orchestral sector. 

Location: UK-wide. Contract: Initial 2-year term, followed by a potential two 3-year terms.

Salary: Voluntary. Reasonable expenses can be claimed.
