Hallé For Schools Concert – Celebrating World Wildlife Day
This extremely popular, annual school event is taking place on Friday 5th March 2027 at the Sheffield City Hall.
Hallé for Schools concerts are specially designed for schoolchildren - a perfect way to introduce them to the excitement of a full symphony orchestra. Bring your class to hear the wonderful Hallé live in concert! We’ll celebrate wild animals and plants through music, raising awareness of wildlife conservation and the vital role wildlife plays in the lives of people and our planet. All schools will receive free resources in advance of the concert to have fun in your music classes, make Model Music Curriculum links and prepare the pupils for the concert visit. See the orchestra up close with a large screen showing every instrument in action, so no one misses a moment.
Two concerts - 10:45am and 1pm are designed for KS2 and above.
The tickets are £5 (£7.50 for non-Sheffield schools) for everyone (including teachers) please note there are no refunds available. With no limit being set you can bring as many classes as there is space for. If you would like to book a place now to secure your preferred time (the morning concert sold out last time and the afternoon concert was almost to capacity) then please complete the online booking form.
