Bring your school to celebrate International Women's Day with the Hallé!
Friday 6 March 2026 at Sheffield City Hall, 10:45am & 1pm
Give your students an unforgettable day out with the Hallé Orchestra as we celebrate International Women’s Day in style!
If you would like to book a place now to secure your preferred time (the morning concert sold out last time and the afternoon concert was almost to capacity) then please complete the online booking form
This much-loved annual concert is the perfect way to introduce children to the thrill of a live symphony orchestra. Designed especially for KS2 and above, it’s a fun and inspiring experience that will have them talking about music long after the final note has played. A huge screen will capture every moment, so no one misses a single instrument in action.
This year, we’re shining a spotlight on women’s achievements – exploring how their roles in society have evolved and celebrating their impact on the world – all through the power of music.
You can choose from two concert times: 10:45am or 1:00pm. Tickets cost just £5 per person for Sheffield schools (£7.50 for non-Sheffield schools). There’s no limit on numbers, so why not bring the whole of KS2 and make it a day to remember?
The morning concert sold out last year, with the afternoon almost at capacity - so book early to avoid disappointment. Secure your places by completing the online booking form before Friday 13 February 2026.
